how should i use it?
i thought it's mascara and it says waterproof. so i think it's mascara. how should i use that one?What is revlon lash fantasy? cos i think it's mascara.and then after i bought it, i saw it's white?

Some mascaras are double ended. meaning one end of the stick is white mascara and the other end is black. Could this be what you bought?
With this type of mascara, you put the white on first, then black (or whatever colour) over the top. maybe the one you bought is just the under colour (white). Read the box really carefully. it should mention something. if there are any words you haven't heard of Google them. these words are probably what will tell exactly what you bought! lol.
Try just searching on the internet for the product info or a review. if it;s Revlon there should definitely be some type of review or ate least some info.
