Any dye you buy at wal-mart is going to say permanet, but over time IT will fade. Even store bought black will start fading into an orangey brown. But if you dye it every month and a half, you will be fine xDIs revlon hair dye permanent?
Check the box it will say either permenant or semi permanent....even though it might be permenant it will eventually fade...
i believe revlon is permanent.
