hello! i'm asian and was thinking of redying my hair back to my original hair color which is 'black'. however, i do not want it to be a jet black (which looks artificial and fake).
has anyone tried revlon in soft black? %26amp; how long did you leave it in to achieve a natural hair color look that does not look fake.

i'm asian too and i used clairol natural dark brown. it's pretty unnoticeable, except if you stand under a bright light, then people notice that it's a little more brown than black. but my mom used the same shade and it looks naturally black on her, so i guess there's a little variation.
for clairol, i did the whole 45 minutes and it worked like a charm.
sorry i can't tell you about revlon! but i would definitely recommend clairol :)
