I agree with Ashley, I love my Chi
i have a hot tools straightner and it works wonders bc i have super curly hair but within about 15 minutes my hair is straighty i love it! =]
either one will be good as long as it is ceramic, not ceramic plated. you also want to get one that gets to 400 F and about 1 inch think. I personality like conair or hot tools (helen of troy is the same comp but cheaper.)
